Our Guarantee

 Simply put, if something attributed to our craftsmanship fails in a piece we craft for you, we will make it right.  Having said that, we do have policies in effect to ensure that we are able to maintain this guarantee for many years to come.


🪵 Warranty & Return Policy

At Jenkcraft, every item is handcrafted with care and intention. Because we work with natural wood and make each piece individually, every item is unique and one of a kind—variations in grain, color and texture are part of the charm.  

🤝 Our Promise

If your item arrives with a defect due to our workmanship or materials, we’ll make it right. That may include repair, replacement, or refund.

🔍 What’s Considered a Defect

  • Cracks or splits not inherent to the wood’s natural character
  • Loose joints or unstable construction (unless attributed to changing environmental factors outside of Jenkcraft control) 
  • Missing or improperly installed components

🔍 What’s Not Considered a Defect

  • Variations in timber (grain, knots, color) are not defects—they’re natural and add unique character to every piece. 
  • Natural wood movement due to changing environmental factors outside of our control is not considered a defect in craftsmanship.

📦 Shipping Damage

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us upon receipt. Upon approval by Jenkcraft staff, we’ll handle the shipping claim and work with you to resolve the issue quickly.Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

These actions must be completed as soon as possible and within 24 hours of item delivery. Jenkcraft will review all shipping damage inquiries and issue a decision within 2 business days on a case to case basis. 


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on an individual case basis if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • It was not custom-made or personalized
  • You contact us first to initiate the return and the return is approved ahead of time.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

  • In general, we do not accept exchanges on items. We are a brand new, very small operation and are unable to support exchanges at this time.


📝 Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless a defect is identified. We’ll work closely with you during the design process to ensure your vision is realized.
